Fatigue is defined as: extreme tiredness, typically resulting from mental or physical exertion or illness. Almost everyone experiences fatigue for a multitude of reasons at some point in their lives.
Rather than reaching for multiple cups of coffee or energy drinks during the day, you should examine your diet to make sure you’re getting the most out of common natural energy boosters. If fatigue persists for weeks, check in with your doctor.
